Frequently Asked Questions

Home Reset

Do I need to tidy or clean before you come? Will you judge me?

Absolutely not. Please don’t “pre-tidy” — I want to see your home exactly as it is. There’s zero judgement here; I’ve seen it all. The more honest the starting point, the better I can support you.

Will you make me throw everything out or pressure me to be minimalist?

Never. This is your home and your life. I’ll gently guide you with thoughtful questions so you can decide what truly deserves space in your next chapter — but every choice is always yours. No forced minimalism (unless that’s your dream!).

How long will it take to declutter my home, and how do I know what package to book?

It really depends on your space, how much there is, and how quickly you feel comfortable moving. That’s why I offer packages from focused sessions to full home resets. We’ll chat first and figure out what feels right for you.

Will my house be left in chaos, and what happens to everything we clear out?

Not at all. We’ll always come to a natural stopping point so your home feels lighter and more organised — never messier. Everything will be clearly sorted and labelled.

I’ll take one car boot load to charity or recycling (and if there’s more, I’ll help you bag or box it neatly — even help load your car if needed). You’ll always know exactly where donations are going; I never profit from anything we remove. For some items, I might suggest you try selling first (like on Facebook Marketplace), since it’s often a win-win — someone pays you to take it away, and if it doesn’t sell within a week, off it goes to charity.

Do you also clean my house?

I’m not a deep cleaner — my role is to help you sort, declutter and organise your space. That said, I’ll absolutely help wipe surfaces or dust shelves as we go, so we’re returning your items to a clean spot. If you need more intensive cleaning, I can recommend trusted local cleaners.

How does the Monthly Home Reset Journey work?

The Monthly Home Reset Journey is billed at £150 per month and includes two, 60-minute Zoom sessions with personalised follow-up notes. A minimum three-month commitment allows time for real, lasting progress — after that, you can continue month-to-month or cancel anytime with 14 days’ notice before your next billing date.

Wellbeing Coaching

What kinds of things can you help me with?

Clients come to me for all sorts of reasons — building confidence, handling stress, getting clear on what they actually want, or simply finding more joy and fun in everyday life.
Whether it’s preparing for a big opportunity, getting out of “meh” mode, or learning to prioritise yourself, I’ll help you feel lighter, braver, and more like you.

Is this for me if I’ve been through really hard times?

Yes — but ideally you’ll be on the other side of your biggest struggles and now ready to focus on growth, joy and creating what’s next.

If you’re still right in the thick of crisis, I’ll gently guide you toward the right kind of support first.

What’s your coaching style like?

Warm, friendly, fun and compassionate.
I bring laughter and lightness into our work, alongside thoughtful questions and gentle nudges that help you see things differently and try new approaches.
No harsh “tough love” here — just encouragement to step fully into the life you want.

Do I have to commit to a long programme?

Not at all. I offer a one-off Power Hour if you’d like to dip your toe in or need a quick boost.
But if you want real, lasting change, I recommend my 6-session programme — that’s where confidence, clarity and new habits really take root.

Can we do this online?

Yes! Most of my coaching is via Zoom, so you can be comfy at home, anywhere in the world.
If you’re local and prefer in-person, that’s an option too.

Laughter Yoga Wellness

Do we have to be fit or flexible? Do we need yoga mats?

Not at all. There’s no downward dog here — Laughter Yoga is all about playful breathing, light movements and laughter. No mats, no tricky poses. It’s easy, accessible and can be done standing or fully seated.

What if people feel awkward or shy at first?

That’s completely normal! Most of us don’t spend our days laughing on cue. But here’s the thing — your body doesn’t know the difference between real and pretend laughter. You still get all the amazing health benefits, and pretend laughter almost always turns into the real thing. (It’s contagious, in the best way!) I create a relaxed, welcoming space so people feel safe to just go with it.

What actually happens in a session? Do we just laugh for an hour?

Not at all. We mix gentle movement, playful laughter exercises and calming deep breaths, with moments to simply notice how good it feels. Sessions can be fully seated if needed — everyone is included. We always finish with a lovely guided relaxation so people leave calm, happy and recharged.

Are there any health reasons not to take part?

Most people can join in easily, but like any exercise, there are a few situations where a bit of extra care is needed — such as uncontrolled high blood pressure, recent surgery, or certain heart or respiratory conditions. I’ll always chat things through beforehand so you feel completely safe.

It’s also perfectly normal to feel a bit out of breath if you haven’t done this before. I always encourage you to stop, smile, sip some water (laughter is thirsty work!) and join back in when you’re ready. It’s common to have sore cheeks and feel your abs the next day — 10 minutes of deep belly laughter is roughly the same as 20–30 minutes of cardio!

Do we need to have our cameras on for Zoom sessions?

Yes please. Eye contact and seeing each other’s smiles is really important for the laughter to feel authentic and flow freely. It’s what helps us all connect and makes the magic happen — even through the screen.
