I’m here to help you build confidence, release old patterns, and start choosing what actually makes you happy.

We’ll laugh, get practical, have honest conversations, and turn big hopes into small doable steps.
Because life’s too short to keep waiting until you’re “ready.”

Most of my coaching is virtual (hello, cosy Zoom calls!), but I’m also happy to come to your home if you’re local and would prefer in-person.
